The Historic Orpheum Theater opened in 1913 as a vaudeville house and currently seats just under 700. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1983.
The elegant and beautifully preserved theatre is now the centerpiece of the Orpheum Theater Center, which includes the Anne Zabel Studio Theater, a classroom, and sculpture garden.
Known for its superb acoustics, the theater hosts plays, concerts, and community events. The entire center hosts private rentals including weddings, meetings, conferences, seminars and more.
