"Hutterite" Elizabeth Flinn MCHS Annual Banquet and Talk

The Minnehaha County Historical Society Annual Banquet & Third Thursday History Talk. The event will be held at a special location, the former Knights of Columbus building, now the Summit Events Hall.
The event is open to the public and all members. The Optional Banquet requires a RSVP by April 15 & $15 each at the door the night of the banquet, sign in at 6:00pm. The History Talk is free at 7:00pm with tours of the K of C bldg available. The History Talk is a presentation called "Hutterite" with Elizabeth Flinn who left the colony at age 20 and her daughter Becca Flinn White who directed the film of the same name about growing up and leaving the colony. We hope you can join us for food / and/ or History.
The MCHS will also have a short election of new officers.. during the Banquet. We can always use members and new directors and volunteers. History Matters & You Matter to History.
