New DTSF Board Member Approval

The Board of Directors for Downtown Sioux Falls, Inc. strives to renew the Board each year with candidates that both representative various stakeholders of DTSF membership, as well as those who will help advance its mission. On behalf of the DTSF Board, the following slate of candidates are proposed to join the Board in 2020. As a member of DTSF, please take a moment to review and to vote your preference by February 20th.


2020 Slate of Candidates:

Addie Graham-Kramer, The Event Company – After having planned events and managing public relations for over a decade in the corporate world and non-profit sector, she took a leap of faith in October 2013 and launched The Event Company. Addie is passionate about encouraging other females to be empowered to follow their dreams, just as she has done and to give all that they can to their community. Because of this, she was recently recognized by her peers throughout the events industry as one of Connect Magazine’s 40 Under 40.


Ann Metli, CorTrust Bank – Ann is a long time resident of Sioux Falls and has been part of the downtown community for several years, where she has worked in both the private and non-profit sectors. In addition to her work as the Director of Marketing for CorTrust Bank, she has been a committed to volunteer to several community organizations. Ann has an unequivocal commitment to our citizens to support their needs and actively work to continue building on the foundation of this great City.

“As a member of the Board for Downtown Sioux Falls, I hope to actively work as a liaison with business owners and advocate for continued growth and development by sharing my knowledge and passion for Downtown Sioux Falls.”


Erik Gaikowski, AARP SD – Erik Gaikowski joined AARP as the South Dakota State Director in March 2016, representing over 106,000 AARP members in the state. Erik is a highly respected non-profit leader specializing in volunteer leadership development, strategic staff deployment, and community engagement since 2000. AARP of South Dakota has taken a special interest in downtown, as it is becoming what is known as a naturally occurring retirement community, and has been a strong supporter of DTSF.


Jake Quasney, Lloyd Companies – Jake Quasney loves seeking creative solutions to complex problems. He works closely with all divisions of Lloyd Companies to deliver effective results for the company while identifying and mitigating potential risks to the organization and partners. In addition to these roles, Jake works closely with capital partners and investors to capitalize projects. Jake has serves on DTSF’s Downtown Development Committee.
