Free Downtown Garth Brooks Shuttle Service

Downtown Sioux Falls, Inc. (DTSF) and the 8th & Railroad Center will be offering free shuttle service from the 8th & Railroad Center parking lot at 401 E 8th Street to the Denny Sanford PREMIER Center on Saturday, September 16th and Saturday, September 23rd to accommodate the sold out Garth Brooks concerts.
