2026 Board Slate

David Doxtad has over 15 years of professional leadership and business development experience with ISG, where he has built his career and grown with the firm. From the year 2010, David entered ISG as a Civil Engineering Intern, growing into a full-time Civil Engineer, to Office Manager, Associate Principle, Business Unit Leader and into his current role as President, where he continues to build upon ISG’s growth. This impressive climb is due to David’s unwavering drive, enduring dexterity, and communicative leadership style.

A bit of a maverick, David has a non-traditional leadership approach that has helped him earn the respect of ISG employee owners and clients. Understanding that it’s important to meet clients where they are, he facilitates strategic acquisitions and geographic expansions that allow ISG to provide valuable and high-quality services. David keeps ISG’s clients at the forefront and isn’t afraid to get a little dirt on his boots along the way.

One perspective that David carries in his role that few other ISGers have is deep knowledge of the firm and its capabilities. Since David has been with ISG for nearly all of his professional career in Civil Engineering, this gives him a clear understanding of just what ISG can do as a firm. Furthermore, he serves as a coach to both new and tenured ISG employee owners as he encourages them to plant their flags, build their professional skillsets, work hard, and thrive at ISG.
