Teen chefs take their kitchen skills to the next level in this immersive, technique-driven cooking camp. Throughout the week, students explore iconic dishes from across the glove, practice on real culinary methods, and work together to plate creative, restaurant-style meals. It’s hands-on and perfect for teens who want to cook – or want to learn like a pro.

Menu
Day 1 | American Cuisine: Campers kick off the week with comfort-food classics: juicy sliders with hand-cut fries, rich mac n’ cheese, and a hearty chicken-and sausage gumbo that teaches the foundations of roux and slow-simmered flavor.

Day 2 | Pasta Day: A deep dive into Italian technique as teens make fresh fettuccine Alfredo, creamy Parmesan risotto, and cheese-filled ravioli paired with homemade tomato sauce.

Day 3 | Asian Favorites: Students explore flavor and balance while rolling sushi, simmering coconut milk curry, stir-frying chicken fried rice, and crafting crispy egg rolls.

Day 4 | Creative Free Day: The week ends with a culinary challenge where teens team up to design and plate an original dish using the skills they’ve learned throughout the week. Creativity, teamwork, and presentation take center stage.
