Why is it called “Open Streets”?

Downtown Sioux Falls is one of the most walkable districts in the region!  We encourage folks to explore more of the neighborhood on foot, on the streets, “open” to pedestrians and community-building.

Are Open Streets free to attend?

Yes! DTSF Open Streets events are free, welcoming, and designed for all ages. Enjoy a variety of activities, vendors, and entertainment throughout the street.

Where should I park to attend Open Streets?

In any Downtown Sioux Falls public  parking lot or parking ramp – these are  FREE after 5pm on Fridays.
