Downtown Christmas Market

Get ready for the new, Downtown Christmas Market, modeled after traditional European Christmas markets, on Saturday, December 5, at Cherapa Place Plaza.  All are welcome to attend this festive outdoor gathering, which is made possible through an AARP Livable Communities Grant and designed to activate downtown during the winter season. Event sponsor Pomegranate Market will serve as the “Holiday Host Headquarters” adjacent to the outdoor Christmas market.

Held from 3 to 9 p.m., the Downtown Christmas Market will follow the popular 605 Made Holiday Market (hosted in the underground parking garage of the Cherapa Apex, 10am-4pm), creating a full day of shopping, entertainment, and holiday activities in the heart of downtown.

Visitors to the inaugural Downtown Christmas Market can enjoy: Christmas carolers and festive entertainment; Seasonal food and beverages; Santa appearances and photo opportunities; Downtown retailers showcasing their holiday offerings; Family-friendly winter holiday activities
