Prepare your taste buds because Pork Showdown is bringing the sizzle back to Downtown Sioux Falls all month long this October! Throughout the month, 26 Downtown restaurants will go head-to-head in a delicious culinary competition, showcasing a unique pork-focused entrée. After trying a dish, guests can scan the provided QR code or use the DTSF Passport App to rate the dish and submit their vote. Entries will be judged on flavor, presentation, and originality, with diners helping crown the 2026 People’s Choice Champion.

There may be 26 amazing dishes, but in the end, there can be only one champion.
