Chef Carter has crafted an elegant five-course menu, each dish paired with unique Wilson Daniels select wines — rare, hard-to-find bottlings from some of the world’s most distinguished estates and historic vineyards.
Expect an evening filled with remarkable pairings, elevated flavors, and the inviting hospitality that defines the Parker’s experience. A Master Sommelier will guide guests through each course to deepen the appreciation of these rare and luxury Wilson Daniels wines.
