Celebrating Women In Wine

Parker’s Bistro will host a special Women in Wine Dinner on Tuesday, March 31 at 6:00 PM, featuring a five-course menu paired with wines from female winemakers across the globe.

Each course will be accompanied by two wine tastings, offering guests the opportunity to experience a range of styles while highlighting the craft and perspective of women shaping today’s wine industry.

The menu includes:

• Brie with apricot preserves and toasted almonds
• Shrimp Tostadas with slaw and goat cheese
• Pasta Primavera with fennel, peas, spinach, and asparagus,
• Roasted Tenderloin with mushroom risotto and chimichurri
• followed by a classic Crème Brûlée with vanilla bean custard and caramelized sugar.
