Prepare your taste buds—Pork Showdown is bringing the sizzle back to Downtown Sioux Falls! Throughout the month of Pork-tober, local chefs go head-to-head in a delicious downtown competition celebrating the most creative, savory, and mouthwatering pork creations.

Diners are invited to try featured pork entrées at participating downtown restaurants and vote for their favorites based on flavor, presentation, and originality. From bold barbecue to upscale twists on comfort classics, each dish showcases the culinary talent that makes Downtown Sioux Falls a foodie destination.
