Big Sioux Burger

Dish: Fried Chicken Caesar Sandwich
Description: Crispy breaded chicken strips served on buttery brioche toast with American cheese, parmesan, bacon Caesar dressing, sliced tomato, and romaine lettuce. Served with garlicky tater tots.


Blarney Stone

Dish: Blue Cheese & Balsamic Sirloin
Description: A 10 oz. Center Cut Sirloin prepared to your specification and nestled on fried onion strings. Topped with bleu cheese crumbles, horseradish Dijon, and a balsamic glaze. Served with a rustic roll and honey butter.
