The evening begins with a private tour of our future home, led by Chef Bryan himself. You’ll get a behind-the-scenes look at the new space before it opens to the public and hear firsthand about the inspiration and vision shaping Harvester Kitchen’s next evolution.

Then, we’ll return to our current location, where you’ll step into the true heart of Harvester Kitchen—the kitchen itself. Chef Bryan will guide you through a menu of dishes in development destined for our future space and offer you an exclusive first taste of what’s to come.

Finally, settle in for a cozy, thoughtful dining experience alongside Chef Bryan and Sommelier Ashley—designed to feel more like dinner in Bryan’s home than a night out at a restaurant.
