Grand Opening of Space Explorers: Mission Infinity at the Washington Pavilion

A brand-new exhibit is preparing for launch on the second floor of the Kirby Science Discovery Center — and you’re invited to be part of the crew. Opening November 15, Space Explorers: Mission Infinity is an interactive, hands-on space adventure designed for all ages. As a guest, you’ll take on STEM-based missions and explore the galaxy, from Earth’s orbit to the far edges of the universe.

What to expect:

• Build and launch your own rocket at Mission Control
• See Earth from above and explore satellite science
• Step inside a Mars habitat and explore the Red Planet
• Scan deep space using high-powered telescopes
• Discover alien worlds and imagine life beyond our solar system
