Jenny Bye is a Sioux Falls based artist and has been painting in the encaustic technique for twelve years. She uses beeswax, damar resin, dry pigments and collage elements that are fused into lay-ers, variously added and scraped away. Stop by Alcove to meet Jenny and learn more about her approach to encaustic painting plus we will have snacks, beverages and a free gift with every pur-chase.
