I began practicing Dragon & Tiger at the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts where I began my formal training in Energetic Healing & Bodywork as part of my coursework and my fundamental RE-EDUCATION about the reality that everything is Energy including the human body.

The first class of the training, I began to spontaneously cry as I moved my hands thru my energy feild which I was very surprised by at the time.
The moves are a powerful way to move stagnant Chi in your system whether its emotional, physical or spiritual.
My teacher had actually straightened her Spine from a life long Scoliosis curve after 8 years of regular practice.

Dragon & Tiger is called Medical Qi Gung because not only can it significantly improve your Chi flow and health but the moves can also be done over another persons body to move their Chi and establish correct energy flow in people who are ill.
