This Fourth of July, we’re reclaiming the street for people! On First Friday, July 4, Open Streets returns to downtown as we close Phillips Avenue between 6th & 5th Street to vehicle traffic and fill it with live art, a local vendor fair, and the energy of a walkable celebration — all in partnership with Levitt at the Falls.

Whether you’re stopping by before a concert or spending the evening downtown, enjoy a festive, family-friendly experience in the heart of Sioux Falls — where creativity meets community in the open air.
