
A five-course wine pairing dinner featuring wines from Bradford Mountain Estate Vineyard in Dry Creek Valley, part of Peterson Winery, a family-owned Sonoma producer known for small-lot wines crafted with a thoughtful, balanced approach.
Owner and winemaker Fred Peterson will be in attendance, offering insight into each wine and the philosophy behind them.
Each course is paired to highlight the character of the wines, from bright, expressive whites to structured, spice-driven reds.
