Day 1 | Biscuits & Scones: A deep dive into quick breads as teens learn how to work with cold butter, develop flaky layers, and balance sweet and savory flavors.
Day 2 | Mini Pies & Pastry: Students explore pastry techniques while making hand pies, puff-pastry fruit tarts, and mini lemon meringue pies.
Days 3-4 | Teens team up to plan, bake, and decorate a full cake using buttercream icing. They sketch designs, practice piping, learn smoothing techniques, and bring their visions to life!
