Downtown Sioux Falls Open Streets returns, transforming rotating Downtown blocks into a car-free community playground at the start of each month. On July 3rd, Phillips Avenue from 2nd to 4th Streets will be OPEN!
Our JULY event will celebrate the birthday of AMERICA with fun activities, performers and vendors.
