Classical pianist Dr. Brian Billion presents a piano concert of selected Preludes by Sergei Rachmaninoff, as well as works of other great composers. Dr. Billion holds degrees in Piano Performance from The Juilliard School, Catholic University of America, and The University of Minnesota.
