Parker’s Bistro Presents Camino de Santiago Wine Dinner on July 22

Parker’s Bistro invites guests to experience the flavors of Northern Spain during its July Wine Dinner, Camino de Santiago, on Wednesday, July 22. Guided by wine expert John Thuringer, the evening celebrates the renowned pilgrimage through a four-course menu paired with five wines inspired by the regions along the historic route.

Guests will enjoy dishes including Pâté en Croûte, Xató, Costilla de Cerdo, and the traditional Tarta de Santiago, each thoughtfully paired with wines that highlight Spain’s diverse winemaking traditions. Throughout the evening, Thuringer will share the history, culture, and stories behind each selection.

The event begins with a 6:00 p.m. social, followed by dinner at 6:30 p.m. Tickets are $100 per guest, plus tax and gratuity. Seating is limited, and reservations are available through OpenTable.
