Join us for our First Skate grand opening celebration of the Barb Iverson Skate Plaza, July 11th – July 13th, featuring:
4:30pm, Thursday, July 11th, Greater Sioux Falls Chamber of Commerce/City of Sioux Falls ribbon cutting at the skatepark. FREE and open to the public!
5:00pm, Friday, July 12th, Let’s Skate Family Picnic, $100 tickets or $750 for a table of 8: https://www.eventbrite.com/e/917480377507
Featuring cuisine by chefs from Bread & Circus Sandwich Kitchen, Morrie’s Steakhouse, The Smoked Culture, Salas Salsas, Look’s Marketplace, CH Patisserie and Bokujō Ramen. Plus live music, drinks by JJ’s Wine, Spirits & Cocktail Bar – Sioux Falls, SD, and a keynote panel on mental health in skateboarding.
Saturday, July 13th, 12:00pm – 3:00pm: First Skate grand opening at the skatepark, featuring pro skaters Brandon Turner & Dan Mancina, free swag, food trucks, vendors, and music. FREE! Open to all skaters and the public!
