Join us on Wednesday, August 19, from 6:30 to 8 p.m. for our August Tequila Dinner & Pairing, featuring a specially curated four-course menu and handcrafted tequila pairings with Tequila Tesoro.

Enjoy an elevated dining experience beginning with seared scallops over Swiss chard, paired with parsnip and wild carrot purée and finished with a bright mango pineapple chutney. From there, delight in a refreshing cucumber, jicama, and orange salad with honey orange dressing, followed by Cornish hen topped with mole poblano, served over beet risotto with asparagus. The evening ends on a sweet note with churro macaroons and dulce de leche.

The cocktail menu will feature the Jalisco Highlander, Tahona Sour, and a three-shot tequila flight, creating the perfect complement to each course.
