Deb Apuli from Le Creuset is back in Plum’s kitchen demonstrating the benefits of Le Creuset cast iron. She is paired up again with Chef John Gilbertson, who specializes in French cuisine. He will be making some of his favorite recipes from Le Creuset’s new cookbook, which class participants will receive. Specials on Le Creuset pieces both in-store and special orders will also be available.
