Overview
Let Mike Klinedinst show you his passion for Sous Vide cooking. He has perfected steaks, pork, and cheesecake using a warm water bath. During this hands-on class, you will be split into groups to create different parts of the meal! Each group will make steak, chicken, pork chops, veggies, or desserts.
