Join AARP South Dakota, 880 Cities, Downtown Sioux Falls and Sioux Falls Parks & Recreation to learn about winter placemaking and how a little volunteer help and some imagination can create fun spaces for people to gather. Stop by to help create our pop-up plaza, and then stay for refreshments and games!
