Try a succulent chop at one restaurant and bacon-studded brunch at the next.

Crawford’s: Pork Wellington

Pork tenderloin, jalapeno bacon and braised mushrooms all wrapped in flaky puff pastry. Accompanied by boursin mashed potatoes, asparagus and carrots. Finished with strawberry pepper jam.

Rosemary and balsamic brined pork butt, smoked until fall apart tender. Topped with a house made blackberry, apple and ginger chutney. Along with the chutney are balsamic pickled onions and garlic aioli.. All sandwiched between a locally baked fresh rosemary focaccia bread from Breadsmith. This sandwich is sure to make oink!
