DTSF has many events for you to choose from this First Friday! Special thanks to First PREMIER/PREMIER Bankcard for their sponsorship of DTSF’s 2018 First Fridays.

Head to the 8th and Railroad parking lot at 5:30PM for the August Downtown Block Party: Levitt Shell Takeover!

Animals on the Amphitheater: Head to the riverfront greenway at 11AM for an educational and entertaining presentation by knowledgeable Great Plains Zoo & Delbridge Museum of Natural History staff. Animals on the Amphitheater brings the zoo to you!

DTSF Street Musicians: Enjoy live music from Bridget Boen at the Phillips Avenue Plaza from 7-9PM!

Washington Pavilion: Enjoy Free First Fridays at the Washington Pavilion! Featuring free admission to the Kirby Science Discovery Center, free admission to the Visual Arts Center, various science activities including Stage Science and fascinating demonstrations with the KSDC Interactors. Discounted Wells Fargo CineDome tickets to education or mission films also available.

Rehfeld’s Art & Framing:  Celebrate the artworks of encaustic artist Angie Gillespie and ceramicist Erin Nguyen! Meet the artists, explore their work and enjoy light refreshments and cupcakes with us.

KSFY: Bring a lawn chair and an appetite and enjoy some free live music and food vendors over the lunch hour.

First Lutheran Church: A multilevel class for people of all ages who want to end their week doing invigorating yoga and Pilates poses that increase breath, flexibility, strength, and awareness of self.

TH Grey – One Year Anniversary Party: Celebrate by coming down for a huge sale, complimentary drinks, and live music.

PAve – Trivia Night: Get all the answers right and win the party tab. If no one wins it just adds up for next week.

Wiley’s: Every month Wiley’s partners up to throw the craziest monthly party in town and this month will be one of craziest to date as we’re going all out with DJ Nate Nelson.
