Overview
The author of the 2019 One Book Siouxland, “Prairie Fires: The American Dreams of Laura Ingalls Wilder,” will be in Sioux Falls to explore the legacy of Laura Ingalls Wilder. Barnes and Noble praised her Pulitzer Prize-winning biography: “(It) is a brilliant contribution to our understanding of Laura Ingalls Wilder and of how her influential books were conceived, composed, and understood over time. ”
