Bare Bodkins presents The Comedy of Errors

Overview

After the success of the 21st season production of A Midsummer Night’s Dream, the City of Sioux Falls is excited to offer audiences another of Shakespeare’s most crowd-pleasing comedies: The Comedy of Errors. One of Shakespeare’s earliest and most farcical comedies, The Comedy of Errors tells the story of two sets of identical twins accidentally separated at birth.

When the unsuspecting twins arrive in Ephesus, a series of wild mishaps ensues as they encounter one another’s friends and family members. Full of Shakespeare’s most exciting comedy, The Comedy of Errors has something for everybody: slapstick, mistaken identity and plenty of surprise plot twists. The 22nd season promises to offer much to Shakespeare fans old and new, and we are excited to share this comedic masterpiece using Bare Bodkin’s signature fast paced and engaging style. The 90-minute performance will take place in the ruins of the Queen Bee Mill at Falls Park.
