Beer Here! Discovery Dinner on Tuesday, March 7th featuring local brewer Luke Rensink from Take 16 Brewing Company, Luverne, MN. Relax at the “get to know Luke and Bryan” reception beginning at 6:00 p.m. followed by a beer-paired 5-course dinner at 6:30 p.m.!
From diving into the details of the brewing process to perfecting your pairing skills, this is a discovery dinner you’ll want to gather your like-minded friends. Each pairing has been thoughtfully selected from a mutual appreciation for Luke’s brewing skills and the HK culinary team’s inspired cooking techniques. Throughout the dinner, Chef Bryan and Brewer Luke will talk about their passion for food and Beer, why they paired this Beer with that food, why Luke prefers local hops, and what innovative new brews he has in the pipeline!
