Dr. Lauren Skattum, President and CEO of Britt Haus, with special guest, Dr. Sarah Cole, Pediatric GI, will be partnering together to demonstrate meal ideas for a FODMAP diet. Learn cooking tips and ask questions about recipes for anyone that struggles with GI upset or IBS.
