Lauri has more than 25 years of experience with human resources, with 12 of those years spent in the high-tech world and the remaining years in professional services. Her experience includes performance management, employee performance coaching, training on preventing harassment, orientation and on-boarding programs, policy review and implementation, and personnel file reviews.
