Join Chef Ryan Tracy for a different style of class. In this intimate setting you and a guest will enjoy an elevated 3-course menu while Chef Ryan demonstrates some key aspects of each dish. A wine representative will join us in pairing a wine that pairs perfectly with each course. At the end of the evening, each couple will be able to pick one of the pairing wines to bring home to enjoy anytime.

Lamb Shank Quesadilla with Sheep’s Milk Cheese, Chimichurri and Pickled Onions | Paired with Carmenere
Crispy Pork Belly with Apricot Agrodolce and served with a Sautéed Farro Pilaf | Paired with Malbec
