Let’s celebrate June Dairy Month with a night of cheese pairings, we will work our way through 5 artisan cheeses that Chef Lizzie will bring to life everything from the Milk to the Table! We will also enjoy paired summer-inspired wine and accouterments with each cheese inspired by her recent travels throughout the creameries and cheese touring Wisconsin. Guests will be enjoying Pleasant Ridge Reserve from Uplands Cheese, which is the most-awarded cheese in America and recently featured on Top Chef Wisconsin!
