1) Opening Course:
German Sausage and Pretzel Bites served alongside assorted dipping mustards
2) Main Course:
Rouladen- One of Germany’s most famous and delicious dishes. Rouladen are beef roulades filled with bacon, onions, mustard and pickles, then browned and simmered in the richest gravy imaginable. Mouthwateringly delicious!
Semmelknodel- specialty of the Bavaria region of southern Germany, these famous SemmelKnödel (German Bread Dumplings) are pure heaven!
Rotkohl- Braised German red Cabbage is as traditional as it gets. Its unique sweet and sour flavor and aroma make it a staple at all German Festivals
3) Dessert:
Apfelstrudel- This Austrian pastry will be flaky and filled with tart Granny Smiths to perfectly compliment sweet whipped cream
