Miss South Dakota will be in our boutique on Monday, October 16th, from 5:00pm-7:00pm, open house style! Miss South Dakota will be available for pictures and signing autographs. Enjoy snacks, beverages, and shopping. The entire Chelsea’s store will be 20% off and the first 20 guests to make a purchase of $100 will receive a FREE Revision Skincare Pumpkin Enzyme Mask ($54 value). Guests will also receive 15% off a service or product at ARTisan Skin and Laser Center.
