Interested in learning from a nationally recognized leader in agriculture and pork production? Sylvia has been passionate about pork since the young age of 10 years old. Chef Lizzie and Sylvia have partnered together to create a delicious menu that celebrates our locally-sourced pork ingredients!

Whether you are a beginner, expert, or simply curious, you’ll have the opportunity at Plum’s to learn and grow. Classes are taught both demonstration-style and hands-on by chefs and include samples of the food prepared.
