Breast cancer affects everyone- women and men. That’s why leaders are recruited to fight breast cancer through Real Leaders Wear Pink. This distinguished group of community leaders is determined to raise awareness and money to support the American Cancer Society’s mission and save more lives than ever before from breast cancer.
Here in the Sioux Falls community, the Pink Powerhouse Pull is also part of the campaign. This is a team-building, fundraising, cancer-fighting event that pits your people against major tonnage, all for a good cause. Like the Real Leaders Wear Pink candidates, each Pink Powerhouse Pull team raises funds from September through October and wearing pink in their workplaces and communities throughout the month of October to raise awareness for the fight against breast cancer.
