HO HO HO! Welcome to the Seventh Annual Sioux Falls SantaCon! Never heard of SantaCon? It’s basically a pub crawl with tons of Santas! It started in 1994, but never reached the Dakotas…until 2012!
All you have to do is be 21+ yrs and meet Santa in your Santa suit, or any other festive costume, at Blarney Stone Pub (333 S Phillips Ave, Sioux Falls) for festive drink specials from 3 – 4pm. After warming up with a few merry cocktails, we will move onto another downtown bar.
There is no cost to participate, although we do have a few ‘Santa rules’.
- Please pay for your drinks with CASH as soon as you get them. Santa gets tired of waiting on other Santas to clear their tab before being able to move on. This also helps the bar staff attend to a whole family of Santas at once. This entire experience should be CASH ONLY.
- Please remember that this is all about having fun. Most Santas like to take their fun with a little alcohol which is OK. What is not OK, however, is getting so drunk to the point that Santas end up being abusive or violent. Remember that there is no “bail fund” for incarcerated Santas and if you cross the line you’ll be on your own.
- Santa doesn’t drink and sleigh drive, and neither should you!
- And finally, Santa works much faster and has more fun in numbers, so try and meet at the first location (Blarney Stone Pub). This will get you included in the Annual SantaCon family picture.

Start – Blarney Stone Pub – 3pm – 4pm
Stop #2 – PAve – 4pm – 5pm
Stop #3 – Club David – 5pm – 7pm
Finish – Wiley’s Tavern – 7pm – 8pm
