Overview
Train for the Skedaddle with 605 Running Company. Long run days are everything you need to stay motivated during your training cycle leading up to race day. Meet other folks in the local running community. Socialize and have fun. Each long run day will feature Skechers demo shoes, a unique chat series with the Avera Sports Science team and breakfast with Breadsmith of Sioux Falls.
