Overview
Downtown Sioux Falls (DTSF) will once again host the Downtown Loft Tour!
During this self-guided tour, individuals will have the unique opportunity to view vacant and occupied lofts that would not otherwise be available for the public to view.
Purchase passes the day of the tour by entering Cherapa Place at 8th Street or 6th Street and making your way to the parking ramp for free parking. Stroll through the Cherapa Plaza where you’ll be greeted by street musicians and mimosas. In case of inclement weather, we will be set up in the lobby of The Bancorp Building.
The cost is $5 per individual taking the tour, and children under 12 are free.
The actual tour will take place between 11:00am – 2:00pm.
After purchasing your pass, you will receive a guide with a map of all participating properties, as well as a sticker that allow you to gain entry to the properties.
Note: No maps will be released before pass purchase.
